Rapture. A city where the artist would not fear the censor. Where the scientist would not be bound by petty morality. Where the great would not be constrained by the small. And with the sweat of your brow, Rapture can become your city as well.
Its amazing really, when you think of how politicised Bioshock 1 & 2 were, and how #3 is probably going to be. At first you don't notice it in the middle of the action and story telling, but once you sit back and analyse it, it's breath-taking. Bioshock 1: a crtique of hyper individualism Bioshock 2: a crtique of super collectivism Bioshock 3: a critque of ultra nationalism Bioshock 4?: a critique of hippie power, perhaps?
Yeah, in Rapture the artist need not fear the censor. Hell, the censor is the least of the artist's worries! The artist better be concerned about the genetically spliced whackjobs running around everywhere. (unless the artist IS one of the genetically spliced whackjobs, such is the case of Sander Cohen.)

Bioshock 3: a critque of ultra nationalism
Bioshock 4?: a critique of hippie power, perhaps?
(We will crush imperialism with plasmid!)
